Description of freezing machine

4.150mm-thick polyurethane insulation board ; 0.8mm thick SUS304 stainless steel board; the access door is equipped with double hinge two-door into double strip which is resist to low temperature and oil.
5.All parts is SUS304 except the reducer and motor and other special parts.
6.The wide speed and temperature is stable, freezing temperature is stable and well distributed, so the materials can be freezed in short time.
7.In order to prevent cold energy loss and increase energy consumption, the stainless steel wide adjust device and keep temperature device will be equipped at the entrance and out of the instant freezer.
8.It is manufactured, designed, installed based on International standard. It is stainless steel self-extinguishing flame retardant polyurethane sandwich insulation board. The shell thickness is 0.6mm and it is SUS304 stainless steel. The inner is 150mm.
Mechanical transmission
1.Conveying mesh belt is made of SUS304 spring which is smooth, and flexible operation for wear shaft.

3.Outdoor frequency conversion stepless speed transmission, manual emergency stope device, three sections of temperature display, heating and lighting library door.
Evaporator and winding
1.evaporator is aluminum finned tube which is of oxide antirust processing. It ensure uniform frost, air flow. All material is stainless steel.
2.Euipped with axial flow fan which is of high efficiency and energy saving.
3.Adopts manual defrosting. The defrosting water spraying device is set on upper of evaporator to ensure uniform defrosting, rapid.

Electric control parts
All motors and electrical components is not lower than IP55 protection grade. Motor USES Y2 type waterproof.
