Production introduction

This automatic dewatering and deoiling machine adopts principle of centrifugal force, the barrel rotates in high speed, then the water or oil in the products will fly in high speed revolution.

It is equipped with shakeproof device, it will not shake in the process of dewatering and deoiling, and equipped with automatic digital control, electromagnetic brake, easy to operate, high efficiency, high deoiling rate, and it is equipped with frequency & speed controller, adjust the speed of whirling basket according to your needs.

Features of automatic dewatering and deoiling machine:

1.Double air cylinder, could work continuously.

2.Bottom discharge type, product will be transported by a conveyor.

3.Frame use 3mm SUS304 plate, cover use 2mm SUS304 plate.

4.Spinning speed 700rpm.

5.Suitable for high oil content fried food deoiling, also suitable for dewatering.
